摘 要:用硝酸镧对磷钨酸进行改性制备了具有Keggin结构的磷钨酸镧(LaPW12O40)催化剂,用FT-IR分析方法进行了结构表征。以环己酮和1,2-丙二醇为原料催化合成了环己酮缩1,2-丙二醇,考察了酮醇摩尔配比、催化剂用量、反应时间及催化剂的重复使用性等因素对产品收率的影响。实验表明:合成环己酮缩1,2-丙二醇的较优反应条件为:环己酮0.1mol,n(环己酮)/n(1,2-丙二醇)=1.0/1.5(mol/mol),催化剂用量为反应物料总量的0.5%,带水剂甲苯12ml,回流反应时间1.5h。上述条件下,产品收率最高可达94.4%。A new environmental Keggin catalyst, LaPW12O40 was prepared using the reaction of phosphotungstic acid (PTA) with La(NO3)3·nH2O. Its structure was characterized by FTIR. Cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol Ketal was synthesized by cyclohexanone with 1,2-propanediol in the presence of LaPW12O40. Different factors influencing on the synthesis were discussed. The results showed that the better catalytic conditions were as following: cyclohexanone 0.1 mol, the mole ratio of Cyclohexanone with 1,2-propanediol was 1.0/1.5, the dosage of catalyst was 0.5% of the feed stock, 12 ml toluene, and reaction time 1.5 h. Under the above reaction conditions the yield of the product could reach the highest as 94.4% the highiest.
