摘  要:介绍了Mac-12+少量黄药组合工艺提高泗洲选矿厂铜金钼回收率的试验研究。结果表明:Mac-12新型捕收剂是硫化铜矿和表面受氧化的硫化铜矿的优良捕收剂,尤其对伴生金具有强力捕收作用;与传统黄药工艺相比,Mac-12+少量黄药组合工艺可以使铜金钼的选矿指标得到明显提高,小型闭路试验指标铜、金、钼的回收率分别提高了2.34%,6.43%和8.36%,工业试验指标铜、金、钼分别提高了1.03%,7·16%和3.90%。Experimental investigation of new collector Mac-12 with a little amount of butyl xanthate to raise the recovery efficiency of copper, gold and molybdenum in Sizhou concentrator was introduced. Experimental results indicated that the new collector Mac-12 was a suitable collector for copper sulfide, even if the surface of which had been oxidized and it also had a strong ability to collect associated gold. Compared with traditional xanthate flotation, this process using the new collector could improve the recovery efficiency of copper, gold and molybdenum obviously. This technology raised copper recovery by 2.34%, gold recovery by 6.43%, and molybdenum recovery by 8.36% in a small-scale closed circuit test. It raised copper recovery by 1.03%, gold recovery by 7.16 percent, and molybdenum recovery by 3.90% in a industrial test.
