摘  要:为研究新型钢丝网活性粉末混凝土RPC(reactive powder concrete)避弹层的抗侵彻性能,进行了抗侵彻试验和数值计算分析。制作了钢丝网RPC、钢纤维RPC试验靶体。分别采用步枪子弹和57 mm半穿甲弹进行了冲击试验,冲击试验的弹体速度分别为710、340 m/s,主要比较靶体的破坏形态和弹体对靶体的侵彻深度。为利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA动力有限元分析软件对上述靶体的抗侵彻性能进行数值计算分析,创建了新型钢丝网RPC的计算模型。计算结果与试验结果基本吻合,证明了计算模型的合理性。试验和计算结果均表明:钢丝网RPC具有较好的抗局部破坏和抗裂的性能,且具有较高的效费比。To research the anti-penetration performance of the shed structure made of a new RPC(reactive powder concrete) reinforced with SWN(steel-wire-net), the anti-penetration experiments and the corresponding numerical simulation were conducted.The samples made of RPC reinforced with SWN and steel fiber were designed respectively.The 7.62 mm-caliber rifle bullet and the 57 mm-caliber semi armour-piercing projectile were used in the anti-penetration tests.The velocities of the bullets and the projectiles are 710 m/s and 340 m/s respectively.The damaged models of the targets and the depth of penetration of the projectiles were compared in detail.The finite element model of the new type RPC reinforced with SWN was built to perform the numerical simulation of anti-penetration performance of the materials mentioned above using ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The results of numerical simulation accord well with the experimental results,and the feasibility of the analysis model is proved.The results of tests and numerical simulation show that the RPC reinforced with SWN has a better performance of anti-crack and a relative high ratio of cost effectiveness.
