摘　　要：为了加强运动队的建设,采用树立理念和从实际出发等方法,分析了运动队中不同群体的特点和诉求,各种矛盾与冲突的来源及表现,认为运动队以运动员、教练员和工作人员为主体,三方人员不同的身份和职责有不同的诉求,彼此之间的互动构成运动队中的主要矛盾和冲突。从树立正确态度、加强制度建设和开展励志教育等方面探讨了解决运动队矛盾和冲突的途径。To advance the development of sports team, under the idea of harmonious society and according on the fact, the article analyzes the characteristic, appeal, origin and behavior of various contradiction and conflict of different colony of sports team. It thinks that athletes, coaches and workers constitutes the main of sports team, the three parties have different appeal due to their different stations and responsibility, the interaction among them results in the main contradiction and conflict of sports team. It discusses some resolvents against the contradiction and conflict from multi aspects such as building up a correct attitude, reinforcing the system development, developing the inspiriting education and so on.
