东北地区开展青少年课余雪地足球运动的影响因素研究

摘　　要：确定和分析影响东北青少年雪地足球开展状况的主要指标,为青少年足球管理部门加快课余足球的开展提供参考。采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对辽宁、吉林和黑龙江三省相关专家就影响雪地足球情况的有关问题进行了调查。调查结果表明影响青少年参与雪地足球运动的主要因素有:保障因子、助力因子、主体因子和项目因子。提出创造良好的雪地足球运动氛围、争取社会和政府的支持和提高雪地足球运动教师素质等一系列建议性对策。The purpose of this paper is to find out the main influential factors on developing the junior snow football in the northeast of China, as a reference for the management service of junior football to quicken the development of junior extracurricular snow football. Basing on the methods of documentary informating, visits, questionnaire and statistics, we have a investigation on concerned problems influencing the snow football development by visiting some experts from Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang province. The result shows that the main influential factors on developing the junior snow football include： assurance factor, assistance factor, main body factor and item factor. It suggests a series of countermeasures such as to create a good atmosphere of snow football, to try for the support from society and government, to enhance the snow football teachers＇ quality.
