静安口服液为主治疗小儿多发性抽动症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察静安口服液为主治疗小儿多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组的方法,以泰必利作为阳性对照组,从疾病症状、中医证候、起效率、病证疗效的相关性等方面比较2组的疗效,并做出评价。结果①2组的疾病临床症状和中医症候的综合疗效、愈显率、有效率、起效率均有显著差异(P<0.01)。②治疗组经治4周后病证疗效未见同步趋向性,经治12周后却显示出良的相关性。③治疗组起效较快。结论静安口服液是治疗肾虚肝旺、痰盛风动型小儿多发性抽动症的有效制剂。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of multiple Tourette＇ s syndrome in children with Jingan Oral Liquid.METHOD The patients were randomly divided into two groups, with tiapridal used in the control group, and evaluation was made in the effect of the oral liquid on symptom improvement and the therapeutic effect. RESULT （ 1 ） Mayked changes were found between the two groups in clinical symptoms, TCM Syndromes and the therapeutic effect （ P 〈 0.01）. （2） After treatment for four weeks, the treatment group did not show any synchronous tendency, but after 12 weeks good correlation was found. （3）The therapeutic effect was found earlier in the treatment group. CONCLUSION Jingan Oral Liquid is an effective drug for multiple Tourette＇ s syndrome in children due to kidney deficiency with liver hyperactivity and profuse sputum which stirs wind.
