补肾助孕方对妊娠大鼠子宫内膜的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾助孕方对妊娠大鼠子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法采用米非司酮诱导妊娠大鼠流产模型,补肾助孕方与阳性药、空白对照、模型组之对照观察。观察大鼠子宫内膜形态学变化。结果模型组子宫腺体情况较正常组、阳性药组、中药组差异有显著性(P<0.05)、(P<0.01)。结论补肾助孕方改善子宫内膜发育,从而起到助孕作用。OBJECTIVE To explore into the effect of prescriptions for reinforcing kidney and promoting pregnancy on rat endometriurn. METHOD Rat abortion model induced by mifepristone and prescriptions for reinforcing kidney and promoting pregnancy were used in the yang-natttre drug group, blank control group and model group.RESULT The uterine gland in the model group was normal, with marked differences from the yang-nature drug group and blank control group （ P 〈 0.05） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION Prescriptions for reinforcing kidney and promoting pregnancy can promote endometriurn growth and promote pregnancy.
