摘　　要：公共体育场馆的投资建设、经营管理等问题已成为学术界和体育管理部门研究的热点,而"民营模式"是改革公共体育场馆经营管理的有效机制,通过文献资料、实地考察、理论分析等研究方法,从而得出我国公共体育场馆"民营模式"的可选择机制。The construction and management on the privatization of public stadium have grown to be the highlights nowadays. The privatization was the efficient way to carry out the reform on management of public stadium. Based on the literature review, investigation on scene and analysis, several selective mechanisms on the privatization of public stadium were provided here.
