浙西南山区成年女子腰围、臀围及腰臀比与血压变化的比较研究

摘　　要：依据《2005年浙西南山区丽水市国民体质监测数据库》中的腰围、臀围等指标,计算浙西南山区成年女子腰臀比值进行分组,通过对正常组(WHR1)和超常组(WHR2)的相关数据进行比较分析,从中寻找成女子腰臀比值与血压之间的变化规律,为提高浙西南山区成年女子的体质健康和全民健身活动提供科学的参考依据。Based on the index of waist circumference, hip circumference from the data base of Lishui citizen health in northern mountain area of Zhejiang 2005, it counted the waist - to- hip ratio of female adult in northern mountain area of Zhejiang. Through comparing WHR1 and WHR2, it found the changing rule between WHR and blood pressure, then supported the scientific reference for Lishui female adult＇s health and people exercising activities.
