摘 要:河南井楼油田一区和古城油田泌浅10断块为典型的浅层超稠油油藏,油层埋藏深度一般为102.0~428.5m,油层厚度8~15m,油层温度下脱气原油粘度为54000-94247mPa·s,主要采用蒸汽吞吐方武开发。为进一步提高采收率,在河南油田浅层超稠油油藏开展蒸汽驱可行性研究试验。经研究优选出转蒸汽驱条件下合理的井网、井距以及注采参数。2000年,在古城油田泌浅10断块开展蒸汽驱先导性试验,试验医共有4个井组。到2005年为止油藏采出程度15.6%,蒸汽驱阶段采油速度5.44%~7.97%,油汽比0.289-0.315。经预测采收率将提高27.5%,最终达到52%。In Henan Oilfield, Block 1 and Fault Block BQ10 in Jinglou Oilfield were typical shallow and super heavy oil reservoirs, reservoir burial depth was 102.0~428.5m with 8~15m thickness, degassed crude viscosity was 54000~94247mPa.s under formation temperature.It was produced by steam soak.For enhancing recovery percent, a feasibility test for heavy oil steam flooding was conducted in shallow and super heavy oil reservoirs in Henan Oilfield.Rational well patterns, well spacing and injection and production parameter were optimized under steam flooding condition.In 2000, a steam flooding pilot test was conducted in Fault Block BQ10 of Gucheng Oilfield, it was carried out in 4 well groups.By 2005, recovery percent was 15.6%, oil production rate was 5.44%~7.97% and steam-oil ratio was 0.289~0.315 during the steam flooding period.It is predicted that more than 7.5% of oil recovery rate is raised, eventually 52% the recovery rate is obtained.
