摘　　要：提出了Windows XP操作系统下的XD-3A型X射线衍射仪微机化改造新方法。控制电路采用配可编程接口芯片Intel8255和8254的通用型PCI接口卡,衍射仪控制和数据采集与谱图处理程序XRD2000用VB6.0编写,通用的数据接口可供其它X射线衍射数据处理系统调用。经过两年多的正常运行,表明效果良好。A modification method of XD-3A X-ray diffractometer controlled with PC microcomputer on Win： dows XP operation system is presented. The control circuit is the universal PCI card with programmable chips of Intel 8255 and 8254. The system software XRD2000 of controlling diffractometer, data acquisition and processing is written by use of VB6.0. The general data interface, which could be used by other data processing system on diffractometer, is given. After more than two years of normal working, the proposed method can meet the needs of working.
