摘 要:从逆磁致伸缩原理出发,推导出材料的磁导率与材料所受外力,外磁化强度及材料的温度有关。在此基础上,推出了磁导率与索力的基本关系式。讨论了一种双套筒结构的索力传感器,包含激励线圈,感应线圈。选用脉冲式的恒定电流激励,测量感应线圈上感应电压的变化来反映拉力的情况。并对磁导率的工作点选取方法做了重点讨论,同时也做了温度补偿。最后,利用万能拉力机做了传感器的拉力实验。结果表明,该索力传感器结构简单,测量重复性好,可用于桥梁等大型结构的索力测量。The magnetic - elastic stress sensor is one of the most promising sensors developed for steel cable stress measurement. It is deduced that magnetic features of ferromagnetic materials depend especially on field strength H, temperature T and stressor. And the function between magnetic permeability and stressor is deduced. In addition, one cylindrical - shaped ferromagnetic sensor including one primary coil and the secondary coil based on magneto - elastic effect is discussed. By using pulse signal inspiriting, induction voltage of secondary coil may be measured to calculate magnetic permeability and cable stress. Especially, how to choose the working point of magnetic permeability is deeply discussed. Because temperature also affects magnetic permeability, temperature compensation is accomplished. Finally, force experiment of magnetic - elastic strain sensor on all - purpose pull experiment machine is carried on. Experiment results indicate that this cylindrical magnetic -elastic stress sensor structure is not difficult and the dynamic characteristic is good. It's repetition is better than 0.2% and may be used for in - situ measurement of cable tension.
