摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会是一项伟大的工程。这不仅要求有富足的物质生活,更重要的是要有和谐的精神生活。但当今中国社会主义市场经济背景下,人们在精神生活方面尚有不少突出的问题。合理引导并努力改善人们的精神生活,关系到和谐社会目标的实现。关注人们的精神世界、丰富人们的精神生活、构建和谐的精神家园是马克思主义一贯的思想,这对于人的全面发展也具有重要的意义。因此,本文从马克思主义人的全面发展理论出发,阐述当今我国人民精神生活领域面临的问题及其成因,并针对存在的问题提出对策,以期有助于人们解决各自不同的精神问题,为全面建设小康社会和构建社会主义和谐社会尽自己的绵薄之力。It is one of the greatest undertakings to build a harmonious socialist society. Such a new and important project calls for prosperity about material possessions and a harmonious spiritual life as well. Against the special background of the establishment of a Chinese-type socialist market economy structure, what remains to be solved is a number of outstanding problems about the spiritual life of Chinese people. Therefore, whether we can properly guide and make vigorous efforts to improve the spiritual life of people will be related to the fulfillment of the great purpose about harmonious socialist society. Being concerned about and also endeavoring to enrich the spiritual life of people, together with building a harmonious spiritual home for the people make up a very important part of Marxist ideological and theoretical work, which is of great significance to the development of human being. Just for the reasons above, it is made clear in this very article that effective measures should be taken to help the people solve the various problems in the aspect of spiritual life. Based on the theory of all-round development of human being, the author proposes proper strategy to promote the establishment of a well-off society in an all-round way.
