摘　　要：系统地介绍了影响CO2激光深熔焊焊缝成形的各种因素,指出影响焊缝成形的主要因素有:激光光束参数和焊接工艺参数以及保护气体物理参数等,重点讲述了在生产实践过程中,解决激光焊机焊接质量存在缺陷问题时的分析过程和方法。This paper introduced a few factors which effect CO2 laser welding line forming by the numbers and indicated laser welding line forming factors including laser beam parameters and technique parameters and protected gas physical characteristics etc. It also gave the analysis processes and the methods solving quality bugs in laser welding.
