摘  要:以某汽车变速箱齿轮单齿弯曲为例,试验研究了齿轮单齿弯曲强化和损伤过程中系统固有频率的变化特性。结果表明,系统的固有频率随着单齿弯曲疲劳损伤过程的发展而持续减小,单齿断裂时系统的固有频率减小约3Hz;系统的固有频率随着小载荷的强化而略有增加,在强化小载荷下,随着强化次数的增加,系统的固有频率增加不超过2Hz;当强化次数超过20万次后,系统的固有频率不再增加。最后,利用强化前后的微观组织变化初步解释强化和损伤后固有频率变化的微观机理。The dynamic response frequency change of single tooth bending for automobile trans mission gear was investigated during the process of damaging and strengthening. The experimental results show that the natural frequency varies with damaging and strengthening. The natural frequency decreases slowly along with damaging and descendes 3Hz when the single tooth is fractured. On the contrary the natural frequency may be increased to near 2Hz when the single tooth arrives to optimal strengthened effect. The reason of the natural frequency change was primary explained in microstructure. These investigation results will provide new technical base for estimating the damage or strengthening by the dynamic response frequency change.
