摘 要:目的探讨饱和潜水环境对外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法昆明种小鼠30只,随机分为5组,即对照组、100m饱和暴露24h组和72h组、400m饱和暴露24h组和72h组,每组6只。小鼠均于出舱后10min取血抗凝,以流式细胞术检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果100m暴露后CD4^+淋巴细胞及CIM^+/CD8^+有上升趋势,400m暴露24、72h后CD4^+淋巴细胞及CD4^+/CD8^+比值均明显降低。结论模拟氦氧饱和潜水环境对机体细胞免疫功能的影响与暴露压力密切相关。Objective To investigate effect of simulated saturation diving on immune function of T lymphocyte in mice. Methods Thirty Kunming-race mice were randomly divided into 5 groups : control group, at 100 m simulated saturation diving exposure for 24 h and 72 h groups, at 400 m simulated saturation diving exposure for 24 h and 72 h groups, each group for 6 mice. The T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood, collected 10 minutes after exposure, were assayed by flow cytometry. Results The level of CD4^+ lymphocyte and CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio tended to increase after exposure at 100 m, while the levels of CD4^+ lymphocyte and CD4^+ / CD8^+ significantly decreased after exposure at 400 m. Conclusions The effect of simulated saturation diving on cellular immune function was correlated significantly with exposed pressure.
