摘  要:目的观察预先虚拟现代战争模拟教室对参加海训学员红细胞膜分子CD55和CD59的影响。方法使用高科技的音像设备如PD3^+投影仪、环形屏幕、高保真音响、动感座椅等,现代三维动画技术制作形象逼真影片,建成虚拟现代战场环境的学员训练教室。选择海训学员82名,随机分为实验组40名、对照组42名,实验组进行虚拟现代战场环境的体验训练。海训前后采用流式细胞术对红细胞膜分子CD55和CD59进行对比检测。结果海训后实验组学员外周血红细胞膜分子CD55(80.1±18.8)和CD59(358.2±59.2)与演习前(77.3±19.6,342.6±66.1)相比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),对照组学员演习后(64.9±20.8,290.4±60.4)比演习前(79.6±15.3,358.9±52.4)明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论虚拟现代战争环境训练可提高军校学员对军事应激的适应能力和红细胞免疫功能。Objective To study the effects of battlefield virtual training on red cell membrane molecule CD55 and CD59 immune function of marine training soldiers. Methods The modem battlefield virtual training center classroom for students was built by using high technological equipment such as PD3^+ projecter, annular curtain, high character sound instruments, dynamic passenger cabin and modem three-dimensional animated cartoon technique. 82 students who took part in marine training were randomly divided into two groups, reseach group ( n =40) and control group ( n =42). In reseach group, the students were given pre-pratise physiological training: with virual modem battlefield virtual training. Flow cytometry was applied to test CD55 and CD59 peripheral blood before and after the military exercise. Results There were not significantly changes of the levels of CD55 and CD59 between before and after exercise in the reseach group ( P 〉 0.05 ). On the contrary, there were significant decrease in the levels of CD55 and CD59 after exercise in the control group( P 〈0.05 ). Conclusions The modem batdefield virtual training can help students relieve military stress and improve red cell membrane molecule CD55 and CD59 immune function.
