摘　　要：近些年随着我国医疗设备市场竞争日趋激烈,医疗设备租赁受到越来越多的关注。本文概括地介绍了目前我国医疗设备租赁公司的现状,从医疗设备租赁公司的运作方式、服务对象以及盈利方式等方面入手分析医疗设备租赁的优势与不足,客观的评价医疗设备租赁这一新型经营模式,为医疗机构能够更好的利用现代租赁这一融资手段解决医院运行中遇到的困难提供帮助。Along with the competition being fierce increasingly on medical market in recent years, medical equipment leasing has been paid attention more and more. This paper generalizes the status quo of general financing lease companies in China and makes an objective evaluation on the new mode of medical leasing business by means of the analysis on the advantages and disadvantages from the mode of operation, services as well as profitability and the way like this in medical equipment leasing company in order to help medical institution to solve financial embarrassment which encountered in hospital operation by using means of financing like modern leasing.
