摘　　要：本文分析并归纳出网络环境下影响南京高校用户信息需求满足率的因素,如资源数量及更新频率、资源载体类型及分布情况、软硬件环境、资源和服务的宣传及培训程度以及共享信息资源的应用程度,并据此提出高校图书馆提高高校用户信息需求满足率的相关措施。This paper has analyzed and concluded the factors affecting the satisfactory rate of user information demand of academic libraries under network environment, such as the number of resources, update frequency, carrier type and distribution, software and hardware environment, extent of publicity and training about resources and services, and application degree of shared information resources, Accordingly, the paper has put forward suggestion on the ways to improve the satisfactory rate of information demand in university libraries.
