摘 要:用NaCl和NaHCO3分别处理卡拉白鱼(Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis)受精卵和仔鱼,观察其发育状况。结果表明:鱼胚发育的适宜盐度为0-9 g/L,孵化率均在90%以上,最高盐度不能超过10 g/L;鱼胚发育的适宜碱度为3.42-37.81 mmol/L,孵化率均在90%以上,最高碱度不能高于57.31 mmol/L。仔鱼急性毒性试验结果表明:处理24,48,72 h的半致死浓度(LC50)NaCl分别为11.32,11.91,9.16 g/L,NaHCO3分别为54.30,23.63,19.86 mmol/L。Chalcalbumus chalcoides aralensis were exposed to differeut concentrations of NaCI and Nail- CO3 respectively, then embryonic development was observed. Embryonic development in the NaCl with concentrations ranging from 0-9 g/L was suitable, and the hatching rate was above 90%. Tolerance of embryonic development to NaCl can not exceed 10 g/L. Embryonic development in the alkalinity ranging from 3.42-37.81 mmol/L was suitable, and the hatching rate was above 90% .Tolerance of embryonic development to alkalinity can not exceed 57.31 mmol/L. Tolerance of larval Chalcalburws chalcoides aralenee to NaCl and alkalinity was studied. Through the experiment of acute toxicity, the 24,48, 72 h medium lethal concentration(LD50) values were obtained, which are 11.32,11.91,9.16 g/L for NaCl, and 54.30,23.63,19.86 mmol/L for alkalinity.
