摘　　要：安全问题是工业生产中的首要问题,尤其对于化工等危险性高的行业更为突出。较之传统事故预报方法的不足,基于因特摩的实时智能故障诊断专家系统具有工况监视、数据分析、智能推理和事故预报等功能,将过去分散、简单的功能集于一体,实时性强,智能程度高,真正防患未然。在此基础上开发的锅炉故障诊断系统,极大改善了锅炉工作时的安全性,减轻了操作人员的负担,具有很高的使用价值。The security problem is one of the most important problems in industry, especially in chemical industry and so on with high risks. Comparing with the traditional fault diagnosis methods, the real-time intelligent fault diagnosis expert system based on Intemor can watch the process conditions, analyze the data, and forecast the faults by intelligent reasoning. It collects the dispersed, simple functions in one with high performance of real time and intelligence, can really take precautions against a calamity. The boiler fault diagnosis system developed on it greatly improves the security of the factory, reduces the burden of workers, and has great values in use.
