摘 要:利用等效电路模型及横向谐振原理,对一些波导中主模的截止波长进行了计算,所得结果与理论或测量结果吻合得非常好;讨论了数值结果与等效阶梯近似时阶梯数n的关系,发现适当选取n的取值,能够提高结果的精度,提高程序运行速度;与其他数值方法相比,该方法简单、准确、快速,且易于理解;在满足适当条件的情况下,该方法对于一大类波导及其主模都适用。The equivalent circuit model and the transverse resonance principle are employed to calculate cutoff wavelengths of the dominant modes in some waveguides. Numerical results are in good agreement with theoretical results or measured data. Relationship between numerical results and the number of steps for approximation of the guide boundary line is discussed. It is found that accuracy and speed of the solution process can be greatly improved by carefully choosing the number of steps. Compared with other methods, the technique is simple, accurate, fast and easy for understanding. It can also be applied to other waveguide structures when conditions are met.
