摘  要:介绍了采用高效液相色谱法测定焦化厂烟尘中及环境空气中苯并[a]芘含量的方法。并根据浓度的高低采用不同的采样及样品处理方法,低浓度的苯并[a]芘经苯提取,提取液用索氏提取器精馏浓缩至1ml,然后将提取液离心处理、采用高效液相色谱法测定苯并[a]芘,色谱柱为C18柱,洗脱剂为甲醇,检测器为紫外检测器测定。本方法检出限小于2×10^-10g。该方法灵敏度高、线性好,适合环境空气中及环境空气中苯并[a]芘的测定。High performance liquid phase chromatography was applied to detect benz[a]pyrene in soot of coking plant and in ambient atmosphere. Different sampling methods and sample treatmerit methods were chosen according to the concentration of benz[a]pyrene. Benz[a]pyrene with low concentration was extracted with benzene as solvent. Extract was concentrated into l ml by distillation with soxhlet extractor. Then extract was treated with centrifugation. Benz[a]pyrene was determined by high performance liquid phase chromatograph with C 18 column and methanol as eluent. Detection was performed with ultraviolet detector. Detection limit of this method is 2 × 10^-10g. The method is highly sensitive and good linearitve, which is applicable to benz[a]pyrene in soot of coking plant and in ambient atmosphere.
