九华痔疮栓引起过敏性休克

摘　　要：1例28岁混合痔和肛裂女性患者用九华痔疮栓治疗。用药约3min后,患者出现颜面红痒发麻、口唇肿胀、恶心、呕吐、腹泻,头晕及意识模糊。患者BP为60/40mmHg,HR120次/min。经对症、支持治疗后,患者意识恢复,症状缓解。A 28-year-old woman with mucocutarleous hemorrhoids and anal fissure received Jiuhuazhichuang suppositories. Three minutes later, she developed facial flushing with itching and numbness, swelling of the lips, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, and unconsciousness. Her blood pressure was 60/40 mmHg, her heart rate was 120 beats/min. After symptomatic and supportive therapy, she regained consciousness, and her symptoms were relieved.
