高血压病患者社会支持状况调查及对策

摘　　要：目的调查社区高血压病患者社会支持现状,寻求相应的护理对策。方法采用随机抽样方法抽取100例社区高血压病患者作为观察组,采用肖水源的社会支持评定量表进行调查,并随机选取100名健康居民作为对照组进行比较。结果观察组社会支持总分、主观支持、支持利用度平均得分低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);客观支持两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护士应全面评估高血压病患者的社会支持状况,强化和拓展患者现有的社会支持网络,有效地利用现有的社会资源,为患者营造一种正向的具有支持性的社会环境,提高患者的社会支持水平,从而提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the status of social support for hypertensive patients and explore the appropriate nursing interventions. Method 100 patients with hypertension in the communities and 100 healthy residents were randomly investigated about their status of social support using Xiao Shuiyuan＇s Social Support Rating Scale. Results There was significant difference between the total scores of social support for the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the healthy people,the patients with hypertension received less social support. Conclusions Nursing staff should evaluate the status of social support for the patients comprehensively. Nursing interventions should be taken to help them enhance and widen their social support network, and social resources should also be made full use of to improve the social support for the patients.
