中老年胸腰椎暴裂骨折术后并发症的辩证施护

摘　　要：目的探讨中老年胸腰椎暴裂骨折术后并发症的中西医结合辩证护理方法。方法37例中老年胸腰椎暴裂性骨折患者行侧前方减压植骨内固定术后出现并发症,对其进行中西医结合辩证施护。结果37例中老年胸腰椎暴裂骨折患者发生腹胀、便秘29例,尿潴留17例,下肢静脉血栓形成2例。经过辩证施护及积极有效的治疗,患者均恢复健康。结论对中老年胸腰椎暴裂性骨折患者术后出现的并发症进行中西医结合辩证施护,方法可靠,效果满意。Objective To explore the dalectical nursing of complications after operation on thoracic and abdominal vertebra fractures in middle-aged and old patients. Methods 37 middle-aged and old patients ＇with thoracic and abdominal vertebra fractures underwent internal fixation after anterior latero-decompression. The complications were nursed dalectically with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Results Among the 37 cases,29 underwent abdominal distension and constipation, 17 retention of urine and 2 venous thrombosis in the lower extremity. After active treatment and nursing, all the patients got recovered. Conclusion The complication induced by operation on thoracic and abdominal vertebra fractures in middle-aged and old patients can be dalectically nursed with combination of TCM and Western medicine effectively.
