摘  要:通过用草酸钾和硫酸亚铁2种化合物的8种组合方式,诱导黄瓜对炭疽病的抗病性,证明用两种化合物分别独立诱导和联合诱导均有一定的诱导效应,但联合诱导比独立诱导所获得的诱导效应明显增强。其中,首次用草酸钾诱导,间隔3d后再用硫酸亚铁进行第2次诱导,所获得的诱导效应最高。田间试验达较好的防治效果。Induced by 8 different kinds of combined modes of kalium oxalate and ferrou sulfate sodium, the tested cucumbers could gain resistance to Colletotrichum orbiculare. The results indicated that the resistance was induced either by two compounds associatively or by kalium oxalate and ferrous sulfate sodium, respectively. But the resistance induced by associated action of two compounds was obviously higher than that by independent action. Firstly, induced by kalium oxMate, 3d later induced by ferrous sulfate sodium, cucumber had the highest resistant effect and better control effect was received in the field experiments.
