摘  要:新型碱剂E-5替代传统固色剂是活性染料染色的新技术之一,该文通过正交实验确定了活性染料新型碱剂E-5与纯碱固色的最佳工艺条件,并对两者的固色效果进行了分析比较。实验结果表明:新型碱剂E-5固色的固色率、色牢度、匀染性、重现性和稳定性优于纯碱固色,且其用量仅为纯碱的10% 左右,可节省碱剂用量和节省能源消耗,从而降低生产成本;新型碱剂E-5清洗容易,用其固色可节时省水,从而降低染色废水排放量,减轻环境污染。总之,新型碱剂E-5可完全替代纯碱作为活性染料染色的固色碱剂推广应用。It is a new technique in reactive dyeing to replace traditional fixing agent with new - style alkali E - 5. By means of orthogoanl experiment, this paper confirms the optimal conditions in which reactive dye is fixated with new - style alkail E - 5 and sodium carbenate. It analyzes and compares their fixation results. The experimental results show that fixed color rate, color fastnesses, dyeing uniformity, repetition and stability of new - style alkail E -5 is better than sodium carbonate. Moreover, its dosage is about 10 of sodium carbonate, so dosage of alkail agent and production cost can be decreased. The washing of new - style alkail E - 5 is easy, so emissions of dyed waste water can be lowered and environment pollution can be decreased. In a word, new - style alkail E - 5 that substitutes sodium carbonate can be widely used in reactive dye dyeing.
