摘　　要：针对Reger电子式拉伸试验机,以Flashmx2004为主要工具,开发出材料拉伸实验操作仿真系统。该系统由试验机构造与工作原理、开机与关机、夹具与试样安装、操作过程演示与练习、模拟实验五大模块构成。各模块的运行既可自动演示,也可以根据操作者的要求逐步进行。文中还对系统中主要模块的运行过程作了一定的介绍,通过该系统,学生可学习并掌握拉伸试验机的操作过程及实验结果的输出。同时,数据库中的力学性能曲线对材料研究也有一定的参考价值。This paper aims at Reger electronic tensile tester. With flash mx 2004 as a main tool, a computer simulation system for material tensile test is developed. The system is made up of five big modules： the configuration and working principle of the tester, opening and closing, fixing of clamp and sample, demonstration and exercitation of operating process, and simulation test. The operation of each module can be performed automatically, and can also be demonstrated gradually according to operators. Operational process of central module in the system is introduced roughly. With this system, students are able to learn and master the operating process of the tester and the output of experimental results. The curves of mechanical property in the databases are of value for material research.
