摘　　要：开放实验室是教育改革的新举措,也是培养创新人才,提高综合素质的必由之路。该文根据西北农林科技大学农学院教学实验中心两年多的开放实践,阐明了开放实验的作用、开放运行模式和保障制度,介绍了开放实验室之后取得的成效,并特别强调了无偿开放办法的益处。另外,从管理方式,经费来源,激励制度,安全隐患等方面,提出了改进措施,供大家借鉴。Open laboratories are important measures of laboratory reform in universities, and are also an effective way to cultivate talented students with firm foundation and innovative ability. This paper expounds the function, mode and management of the open laboratory and summarizes achievements in open laboratories combined with the situation of experiment teaching center of our college. It emphasizes the benefits from free labs, and presents feasible measures on management, funding, incentive system and security to enhance laboratory reform.
