摘　　要：高校档案信息数字化是随着学校计算机网络技术、数据库技术的发展而产生的一种新型档案信息数字形态,它能把分散于不同载体、不同地理位置的信息资源以数字化形式存贮,提高利用效率,实现资源共享。With the development of computer network technology and database technology, a new archives information digital form of archives information digitization in the university is produced. Information resource scattered in different carrier and geography location is stored by it so as to enhance the efficency and realize the resource sharing.
