摘 要:主要研究在高钴基金刚石串珠胎体中添加W时串珠性能的变化.金刚石表面成分分析证明,W与金刚石表面形成了化学健合.通过比较不同试样的硬度、抗弯强度、磨耗比、并结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析,表明添加适量的W能提高胎体对金刚石的包镶能力、金刚石的出刃值,增加胎体的耐磨性,从而大大提高串珠绳锯的使用性能.In this paper, the performance of diamond beads is studied by adding W into the high Co-based matrix of diamond beads. Accordingly, it is observed from the experiments that the chemical bondage is formed between W and diamond surface. Such properties as the hardness, bending strength and wear ratio are tested and compared amongst different samples. Upon completion of the scanning electron microscope(SEM) analysis, it is found that a proper addition of W can promote the holding force of matrix towards diamond grits, the protrusions of diamond grits, and the wear resistance of matrix. Therefore, the performance of diamond wire, which contains diamond beads, has been significantly improved by employing the W additives.
