摘　　要：介绍了电火花加工(EDM)的原理,引入强大的软硬件资源、友好的人机界面、灵活的编程能力,开发出电火花线切割机数控系统,并基本实现了其功能.实验表明该系统具有运行可靠、加工稳定、操作简单等特点.The principle of electrical discharge machining （EDM） is briefly introduced. By applying powerful software and hardware, friendly human-computer interface and flexible programming capacity, a numerical control system is developed for wire electrical discharge machining （WEDM） to realize its fundamental functionalities. It has been proven from experimental results that this system possesses such characteristics as reliable running, stable machining and easy operation.
