摘　　要：在水城钢铁公司炼钢厂现场实测数据的基础上,结合该厂的生产设备、环境对转炉-精炼-连铸的工序时间、物流量、生产容量进行了解析,并对各生产流程的物流调控进行了分析,找出了影响其物流绩效的因素,提出了各工序生产参数的优化值和合理的生产模式.Based on testing data from the steel plant of Shuicheng Iron and Steel Company,several factors pertaining to production equipment and environment are analyzed including the converting-refining-casting process time, material flow and production capacity.In addition,the material flow control is tackled in terms of production processes.Finally,performance impacts upon material flow are speculated, and thereafter relevant solutions are postulated,i.e.a feasible production mode regarding parametric optimization of production processes.
