摘 要:研究了在室温下,真空或空气条件下γ射线对添加对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃(CA[4])的聚丙烯的辐射效应,同时与加有2,6二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)和未加添加剂的聚丙烯对照。由辐照前后聚合物的力学性能、热性质及红外光谱的变化表明,在辐照过程中和辐照后,CA[4]对聚丙烯都具有稳定化作用,剂量较高时,稳定化效果更为显著。此外,ESR实验证实,CA[4]分子在辐照下产生稳定自由基。在剂量率65×103Gy/h,剂量1000kGy,未检测到CA[4]的分解碎片,表明杯环具有较高的抗辐射稳定性。Polypropylene(PP) containing cyclic phenolic antioxidant, ptertbutylcalix arene as additive was irradiated with γray in air or in vacuum at ambient temperature The mechanical properties, variation of IR spectra and decomposition temperature by thermal analysis were mearsured for the irradiated PP sheets Compared with BHT, ptertbutylcalixarene showed radiation stabilization towards PP during and after irradiation, especially at a high dose By means of ESR spectra and other spectra the formation of the stable calixarene radical was confirmed No decomposition species of the calixarene was observed with the dose≤1000 kGy and the dose rate of 65×103kGy/h indicating the higher radiationresistance of the calixarene structure
