摘 要:目的探讨流行病学调查中0.5kHz听阈校正值对听力分级的影响。方法在本底噪声45dB(A)条件下,测试6626人纯音气导听力,将0.5kHz听阈减去15dB修正值,比较修正后的0.5kHz、1kHz、2kHz、4kHz平均听阈与1kHz、2kHz、4kHz平均听阈对听力分级的影响。结果修正后的4个频率平均值计算的听力减退率和听力残疾率与3个频率平均值计算的结果无统计学差异。结论在流行病学调查中测听环境达不到标准隔音时,采用修正值是可行的,其4个频率计算听力分级更符合WHO标准。Objective To evaluate the influence of corrected 0.5 kHz hearing threshold on hearing grading in epidemiology survey. Methods A total of 6626 individuals had their hearing evaluated by air conductive pure- tone audiometry at ≤ 45 dB(A) background noise and the hearing threshold of 0.5 kHz was corrected by subtraction of 15 dB. Then the corrected average hearing threshold of 0.5 kHz, 1 kHz, 2 kHz, 4 kHz and the average hearing threshold of 1 kHz,2 kHz,4 kHz were compared for analyzing the impact of their differences on hearing grades. Results There were no statistical differences in the rate of hearing impairment and hearing disability classified either by the average hearing threshold of three frequencies or by the corrected average hearing threshold of all four frequencies. Conclusion Using corrected value of hearing threshold was feasible in a nonstandard sound environment and classification system using corrected hearing threshold by the average of four frequencies matched the WHO criterion better .
