摘  要:目的利用网络数据库保存和管理新生儿听力筛查临床资料、筛查结果、听力学诊断和语言康复治疗情况,并探讨其应用价值。方法对我市全部"新生儿听力初次筛查不通过"资料进行系统管理,选用Access 2000程序建立"新生儿听力筛查Access 2000网络数据库"。数据库资料网络后台录入,用户名为新生儿家长手机号,提交后听力筛查、检测结果以短信方式通知新生儿家长,家长可以通过网络前台进行访问和就听力相关问题提问。结果网络数据库的建立简单、实用,运行情况良好。该数据库可快速完成全市新生儿听力筛查结果网络转诊、听力障碍新生儿跟踪随访、语言康复干预等功能。结论新生儿听力筛查Access 2000网络数据库对新生儿听力筛查资料具有强大的处理能力,便于各种数据的临床分析和疾病诊治,便于调查听力障碍新生儿流行病学分布特征和相关因素研究,便于网络医患相互交流。Objectives Applying Microsoft Access 2000 software to build a network database, by which the universal newborn hearing screening data, including clinical information, screening results, audiological diagnosis and speech rehabilitation can be collected and processed and then, evaluated its practical application. Methods Systemically managing the universal newborn hearing screening data was conducted by building a network database with Microsoft Access 2000. The parents of newborns can access to the database background, whose username are their mobile phone number. After submitting the basic information, they can receive hearing screening results by mobile phone short messages. Furthermore, they can visit the database foreground and put questions to us. Results The network database was established and was simple and practical, which can be applied to internet-based referral, following-up and speech rehabilitation intervention for infants with hearing loss. Conclusion The access network database of universal newborn hearing screening is possessed of powerful data processing and analyzing capability, which can provide great convenience for the clinical application, epidemiological research and internet communication between physicians and patients.
