摘　　要：目的探讨乙状窦后进路小脑桥脑角手术后颅内感染的治疗方法。方法116例乙状窦后进路小脑桥脑角手术的患者中,6例发生颅内感染,治疗措施包括:应用抗生素、腰穿放液引流、庆大霉素鞘内注射等。结果6例颅内感染患者经治疗均痊愈出院。结论应严密预防小脑桥脑角手术的颅内感染,一旦发生则应根据情况进行综合治疗,可提高治愈率。Objective To explore the treatment of intracranial infection following cerebellopontine angle surgery by the retrosigmoid approach. Methods Of 116 patients undergoing operation 6 developed intracranial infection. Treatment included anti-bacterial drugs, lambar puncture and drainage, intrathecal injection of gentamicin, etc. Results All of these 6 patients were cured in ten days and discharged from hospital. Conclusion To cure intracranial infection after cerebellopontine angle surgery, various treatment modes should be chosen according to the patients’ conditions.
