摘　　要：研究了燃烧驱动超音速扩散型连续波氟化氢（ＨＦ）泛频化学激光器的运行参数，得到了该激光器最佳运行参数组合，初步探讨了运行参数对ＨＦ泛频化学激光器输出功率和输出波长的影响。An experimental study of hydrogen fluoride chemical lasers operating on overtone transitions is reported.The influence of the operation parameters on the laser output characteristics are ivestigated experimentally.The HF laser output characteristics is the best,when the excess gas parameters is approximate to 1.0～1.6 and dilutent ratio is approximate to 2.5～2.9.It is found the number of higher J values rotational level is relaxed by helium.
