摘　　要：介绍了坪湖煤矿在实际工作中,将煤巷掘进传统的爆破落煤方式改为高压水力裂煤,取得了很好的防治煤与瓦斯突出的效果。Through shifting the conventional blasting process to high-pressure water infusion process in driving coal workings at Pinghu Coal Mine,a remarked result has been obtained in the effort to control both coal and gas outbursts at the mine.
