不同日龄久仰香猪、剑白香猪与长白猪空肠粘膜组织学观察

摘　　要：应用组织学方法分别对14、28日龄贵州久仰香猪、剑白香猪和长白猪空肠前段的形态变化进行比较研究。结果表明:久仰香猪的绒毛最长,绒毛长度/隐窝深度的比值最高。同一日龄不同品种间比较,在宽度上14日龄剑白香猪和长白猪之间与28日龄剑白香猪和久仰香猪之间差异不显著(P>0.05);绒毛数量为14日龄久仰香猪和剑白香猪之间差异不显著(P>0.05);隐窝深度为28日龄剑白香猪和久仰香猪之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。同一品种不同日龄之间比较,3种猪从14日龄到28日龄绒毛的长度都变短,且差异显著(P<0.01);绒毛数量从14日龄到28日龄均有增加,但剑白香猪差异不显著(P>0.05);剑白香猪和长白猪绒毛宽度出现增加,而久仰香猪绒毛宽度降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);隐窝深度从14日龄到28日龄均出现加深,但久仰香猪加深显著(P<0.01)。久仰猪的绒毛长度/隐窝深度的比值最高(14日龄为9.39±3.65;28日龄为5.42±1.83)。The changes of jejunum of Jianbai pig,Jiuyang pig and Changbai pig at 14 and 28 days are investigated by histological method.The results show that the villi of Jiuyang pig is the longest,the ratio of length/crypt depth is the highest.Comparison on the same day and different races,in width,the disparity is not conspicuous between Jianbai pig and Changbai pig in 14 days,between Jianbai pig and Jiuyang pig in 28 days（P〉0.05）;as for the number of villi,the disparity is not conspicuous between Jiuyang pig and Jianbai pig in 14 days（P〉0.05）;about the crypt depth,the disparity is not conspicuous between Jianbai pig and Jiuyang pig in 28 days（P〉0.05）.Comparison on the same race and different days,The length are more and more short from 14 days to 28 days in the three races,furthermore,the disparity is conspicuous（P〈0.01）;The number of villi increases from 14 days to 28 days in the three races,but the disparity is not conspicuous at Jianbai pig（P〉0.05）;The width of villi increases at Jianbai pig and Changbai pig,the width of villi decreases,but the disparity is not conspicuous（P〉0.05）;All the crypt depth has deepen from 14 days to 28 days,but the disparity is conspicuous（P〈0.01）.The ratio of length/crypt depth is the highest on the Jiuyang pig（in 14 days： 9.39±3.65;in 28 days： 5.42±1.83）.
