摘  要:本研究检测了大熊猫精浆血小板激活因子乙酰水解酶(PAF-AH)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性,初步探讨了这些物质与大熊猫精液质量的关系。结果显示,大熊猫精浆存在PAF-AH和GOT,其平均水平分别为(56.76±60.86)mmol.min-1.mL-1和(1 948.9±774.0)IU/L,PAF-AH含量高低与精子活力呈高度负相关(R=-0.73,P<0.001),与精子运动状态呈负相关(R=-0.58,P<0.05);GOT含量高低与精子活力显著负相关(R=-0.66,P<0.01)。这些结果表明,大熊猫精浆PAF-AH和GOT活性之高低可作为评价大熊猫精液质量的参照指标。In the studies,platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase(PAF-AH) and glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase(GOT) concentration were detected by ELISA and chymic colorimetry respectively.The relationship between PAF-AH,GOT concentration and semen quality were analysed.The results are as follows:PAF-AH and GOT were found in all giant panda seminal,their average concentration were(56.76±60.86) mmol·min^-1·mL^-1 and(1 948.9±774.0) IU/L respectively.Correlation analysis revealed a highly negative correlation between PAF-AH concentration and sperm motility(R=-0.73,P〈0.001),it also had negative correlation with sperm movement state(R=-0.58,P〈0.05);seminal GOT concentration just has highly negative correlation with sperm motility(R=-0.66,P〈0.01).The results indicated that the concentration of PAF-AH and GOT in giant panda seminal plasma maybe a characteristic reference for evaluating the semen quality.
