碳结合镁质耐火原料的胶态成型工艺研究

摘  要:引入了分散剂SL,采用球磨工艺对原料进行处理、醋酸调节料浆pH值、特定烧成制度下进行煅烧。结果表明:经球磨工艺处理后,坯体成型效果较好。分散剂加入量为0.6%时,料浆流动性最好,可得到高致密度制品;料浆中加入酚醛树脂,体积密度减小,断裂韧性、硬度增大。在氮气氛下烧成,严格控制温度、保温时间可得到性能良好的制品。Dispersant SL was added. Materials were treated by ball milling, pH value of slurry was adjusted by acetic acid. Samples were calcined under the special burning process. Results indicated that the molding effect of blank was better after the ball milling treating. When the addition of dispersant was 0.6%, liquidity of slurry was perfect; at the same time, high - quality products could be gotten. After being added phenol resin, volume density of the slurry began to reduce, fracture toughness and solidness began to increase. Products of high performance could be gained under the conditions of burning in the atmosphere of nitrogen, strictly control of temperature and soaking time.
