摘　　要：合成了１５个６－甲基－１－环丙基－７－（１－哌嗪基）－１，４－二氢－４－氧代喹啉－３－羧酸及其类似物，并测定了它们对３株革兰氏阳性菌和１５株革兰氏阴性菌的ＭＩＣ值，结果表明，它们的体外活性均低于对照品环丙沙星。Fifteen compounds of 6 methyl 1 cyclopropy1 7 (1 piperaziny1 1,4 dihydro 4 oxo 3 quinolinecarboxylic acid and its analogues were synthesized. In vitro antibacterial activities of these compounds against three Gram positive and fifteen Gram negetive organisms were studied by conventional agar dilution procedure. The result of the study showed that antibacterial activities of all of the objective compounds were less than the ciprofloxacin used for comparison.
