反相高效液相色谱法测定输液中头孢曲松注射剂及其分解产物的含量

摘　　要：利用反相ＨＰＬＣ法分离头孢曲松钠及其在输液中的分解产物，考察了３５℃时头孢曲松钠注射剂在５％葡萄糖注射液中的含量变化，采用归一法的定量方法，进行含量分析。结果显示：头孢曲松注射剂在５％葡萄糖注射液中有４个分解产物，头孢曲松主药的ｔ０．９为１０．６８ｈ。A reversed phase HPLC was used to separate ceftriaxone and its degradation products in 5% glucose infusion. To investigate the very of quantity of ceftriaxone sodium injection in 5% glucose infusion. Return to one method was used as quantitative analysis method. Result showed there were four degradation products of cef triaxone and the t 0.9 of the antibiotic was 10.68h in 5% glucose infusion.
