摘 要:从我国云南省土壤中分离到1株放线菌,其产生的抗生素17997具有广谱抗病毒作用。在细胞培养内对单纯疱疹病毒1型、单纯疱疹病毒2型、人免疫缺陷病毒1型、水疱性口炎病毒及柯萨奇病毒B3均有显著抑制活性,IC50在μmol/L水平。其在小鼠体内对单纯疱疹病毒1型及2型所致疱疹性脑炎有确切治疗效果,对死亡保护率及平均生存日与对照组相比有统计意义的显著差别。In our regular screening program using herpes simplex virus type 1 as target, a broad spectrum antiviral antibiotic produced by a Streptomyces has been found. The antiviral activities of antibiotic 17997 have been inves tigated in vitro and in vivo. In cell culture, antibiotic 17997 shows strong inhibition against herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV 1), type 2 (HSV 2), human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV 1), vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) and coxsackie virus B3 (Cox B3) with IC 50 values in μmol/L level. In vivo studies antibiotic 17997 was effective in treatment of HSV 1 and HSV 2 systematic mouse infections. Antibiotic 17997 reduced the mortality of infected mice and extended the average survival days of infected mice with statistical significance. Mice were tolerated well with all dosages.
