摘  要:为了了解高压电器产品中各类触头的特点及优劣,以便根据需要合理选择,介绍了各种类型触头的分类,重点论述了自力型触头在设计中的若干问题。自力型触头设计的重点在于对触指接触压力的计算,首先要选择导电截面,根据额定电流的大小选择触指数,确定触头参数,进而可知导电截面;其次,自力型触头触指的接触压力是触头在材料屈服强度范围内由弯曲应力提供的,其变形量不能超出材料的许用弯曲应力,否则会减小触头的接触压力,甚至破坏触头的电连接作用。给出的触指动稳定性校验公式、短路时触点温升计算公式和触头软化时的电压降均利于更合理设计触头结构。This paper introduces the classification of different kinds of contacts, and expounds several questions of self-elastic contact in the design. The design keys of self-elastic contact lies in the calculation of contact pressure. Firstly, according to the size of the rated current, the contact finger and contact parameters are selected, which gain the conductive section. Secondly, contact pressure of contact finger is provided by the bending stress in the material yield strength scope, its deformation can not exceed bending stress of the material, otherwise it will reduce contact pressure of contact, even destroy the electric interlock function of contact. Consequently, the electrodynamical stability formula of contact finger, formula of contact temperature rise in short circuit, and voltage drop formula of contact softening are put forward, which (3)benefit to design the structure of contact in reason.
