摘　　要：介绍一种性能优越的数字式示波器RVO4100,同时,针对某自动测试系统开发的实际需求,阐述了在VC++6.0环境下,对RVO4100数据采集功能进行开发的具体方法,实际测试证明RVO4100工作稳定,数据采集结果理想,满足自动测试系统的设计需要。RV04100 is an excellent digital-storage oscillograph and its function is introduced in this paper. According to the demands of one automatic test system, the data acquisition function of the oscillograph is developed under Visual C ＋ ＋ 6.0 development environment. The test result shows that it works stably and meets the needs of the automatic test system.
