摘 要:文章针对数控操作面板,研究将其控制功能在CPLD中实现方法。首先介绍了系统工作原理及整体结构,接着重点讨论了键盘扫描及去抖动电路与串行通信电路的实现方法,最后给出正确的仿真实验结果。该方法采用一片CPLD芯片可最多完成120个IO点的处理,有效解决了数控操作面板需处理的IO节点多,同时硬件空间受限的矛盾。The method to implement the control function of the control panel with CPLD is studied in this paper. The operating principle and the whole structure are introduced firstly. Then, the implementation methods of keyboard scan, dejittering and serial communication are mainly discussed. After these, some emulation experiments are shown. By applying a CPLD chipset to deal with at most 120 IO nodes, this method is effective for the control panel of CNC system to deal with a large amount of IO nodes in a limited hardware space.
