摘 要:测试前屈型压缩损伤对腰椎节段运动稳定性的影响。在7具成人新鲜尸体标本上,截取T_(12)至L_1的脊柱标本,通过脊柱三维运动试验机和双平面立体测量术的计算机图象处理系统,分析了前屈型压缩破坏前后,该节段标本在前屈、后伸、左/右侧弯和左/右旋转状态下的运动范围。损伤后所有椎体的前高和后高均有所下降低,前屈型压缩破坏后两个节段的前屈运动范围有显著性增大,L_1至L_2节段间的左旋运动范围有显著性增大,该型损伤对左右侧弯的运动范围无显著性影响。前屈型压缩损伤导致腰椎节段间部分运动失稳。To investigate the effect of flex-compression on the stability of lumbar segment movement. Methods: Specimens of thoracolumbar segment (from T12 to L2) were obtained from 7 fresh adult male corpse. Three-dimensional (3D) movement were measured by a 3D spinal motion test machine and stereophotogrammentry before and after the specimens were compressed to failure with a flex-compression load. Results: The results showed that after failure the anterior height and posterior height of the vertebral body were decreasd, and three is a significant effect on the motion of T12-L1, L1-L2 segments in flexion, and L1-L2 segment in left rotation. It has almost no effect on the movement of lateral bending after failure. Conclusion: Lumbar spine lost part of its segmental stability after injury under flex-compression load.
